the lack of water from 9 pm to 5 am was nothing short of absurd. freshening up was impossible, yet the staff lacked urgency in fixing issues. also, no complimentary gesture for my troubles. i’m not sure what kind of guests they expect, but clearly, it isn't discerning ones.

My stay at Cooper Hotel Boutique was delightful! The breakfast was exceptionally diverse, featuring made-to-order omelets, pancakes, and a variety of fresh fruits that made each morning special. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with a smile.
